Yaaaaay!!!! I finally got it!
Two days back the parcel containing my new camera has finally arrived to Chisinau after being stuck a bit in New York. And I got my new Precious!!)))) With a Tamron 90mm 2.8 Macro... now that's a lens! Now I'm working out my wrist muscles because this black workhorse weights like a brick and my old K100D is like a feather in comparison. Unfortunately I don't have as much time right now to go out in the field and test the damn thing, but from what I have seen and felt when walking with the camera around the house I can officially state that I love it. Period.
Hope to put it to the test with a little portrait work very soon!
Just can't wait!
